So far this year she has been successful with obtaining an
alternate drop zone for Monte Vista Elementary, located at Two Strike Park, which she runs every day from 7:45-8:15 unless
it is raining. Please drop by and bend her ear if need be. This additional drop zone for the kids has helped to alleviate
traffic congestion in front of the school during the morning drop off rush. Working together with several other council-members
additional safety issues in and around the school were put in place. One of her accomplishments outside of her Youth &
Seniors committee chair position is the designing and maintaining of the Town Council Website. She is currently working to
complete a new Senior Organization which will help serve the Community, the hope is that it will be in place by
mid 2010. There are lot of other little projects she is involved in as well. The newest on her plate will be working
to help gather support and community awareness for the Crescenta Valley Drug and Prevention Council.
