Neighborhood Wildlife Alert - New Information

Residents please be careful during those morning and evening walks. A Mountain Lion was reported at Ramsdell and Markridge. In addition there have been various sightings of coyotes as well. To learn more about the do’s and don’ts regarding coyotes. Click Here . Be careful and stay alert. You may also want to stay out of the Parks after sundown.

Adopt-A-Block – adopt the block you live on, the walk you take or any other area you choose. At least once a month plan on picking up the litter you find and deposit it in a waste receptacle. Click the email address listed to volunteer or obtain further information.

Adopt-A-Tree
– adopt a tree planted along Foothill Boulevard. Click the email address listed to volunteer or obtain further information.

Public Space Beautification – Various public areas, including flood control channels, parkways, etc. are being considered for volunteer beautification and maintenance. We are looking for spaces and places to be considered by the County. Click the email address listed to submit your suggestions.

210 Freeway La Crescenta Off-Ramp Clean Up – the Crescenta Valley Town Council in conjunction with the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce has adopted the off-ramp and presently completes a monthly clean up. Click the email address listed to volunteer in this effort
